Our team is responsible for a wide array of critical functions within the district, such as:
- Budget Development & Management: We ensure strategic allocation and management of resources in alignment with the district's educational goals.
- Accounting: We oversee all district financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Purchasing: We manage the procurement of goods and services necessary for district operations.
- Risk Management: We monitor and manage potential risks to ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
- Auditing: We ensure financial practices adhere to state and federal regulations, maintaining fiscal integrity and accountability.
- Facilities Planning & Construction: We oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our schools' infrastructure.
