Wiseburn Unified School District has issued a Lease Leaseback (LLB) RFQ/P #2023-02 for Pre-Construction & Lease-Leaseback Services for the Wiseburn + Da Vinci CTE Studio Phase 1 Hangar Building Project. A mandatory job walk is scheduled for June 12, 2023 starting at 10:00 a.m., location details can be obtained via the RFQ/P. Electronic responses are due no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 30, 2023. Wiseburn Unified School District has issued RFQ #2023-01 to establish a "pool" of Architectural/Engineering Design Services Firms for the Measure EE Bond Projects for the duration of the next five years. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES RFQ/P # 2023-PM

OVERVIEW AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The Wiseburn Unified School District (“District”) is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide comprehensive and professional program management services to the District for new construction, expansion, modernization, and/or renovation projects relating to the District’s facilities development of its public schools. (“Project(s)”).

SUBMITTALS
Each Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) submitted in response to this Request for Qualifications/Proposal (“RFQ/P”) must conform and be responsive to the requirements set forth herein.

Respondents should mail or deliver Five (5) bound copies, and One (1) unbound copy of their SOQ to the address below.

Respondents should also send by electronic mail a copy of their SOQ to Dr. Jason Hasty, Assistant Superintendent, Administrative Services, jhasty@wiseburn.org

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES RFQ/P # 2023-PM - ADDEDNDUM NO. 1

All proposers shall acknowledge this Addendum and submit the below signed statement of qualifications (SOQ) response to RFQ/P #2023-PM (SOQ). Failure to acknowledge this Addendum and submit with the proposer’s SOQ may result in the SOQ being deemed non-responsive and rejected.

  1. As part of the required scope of work, the selected Program Manager will also be required to provide construction management services for a Career Technical Education Workshop that will be constructed for Wiseburn Unified School District’s high school campus. Building specifications will be found here. This project is not part of Wiseburn Unified School District’s Measure EE Bond Program. The selected Program Manager will enter into the District’s form agreement for construction management services.

  2. Due to the addendum to RFQ/P #2023-PM, the District has extended the deadline for responses by one week From Friday, February 10, 2023, to Friday, February 17, 2023.

Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 1, and agree to its requirements, enclosing the below document with SOQ.
