1. Valid California Driver's License or California ID or Consulate ID or Passport (with photo) (required)
   • Showing current home address (where you reside).

3. Child's Immunization Record (not required)
   • Immunization records must be received by the school prior to the student attending. If you have a copy of your student's immunization record, please upload it now. If you do not have a copy and need additional time to follow up with your medical provider, no upload is required at this time. However, a copy must be received before your student attends their first day of school. Click here to see immunization requirements  
4. Residency Document:
   Upload one of the required documents from the list below:
   • For Homeowner - Title of Property, or recent Property Tax Bill, or a recent monthly Mortgage Statement
   • For Rental/Lease - Original rental/lease agreement – submit all pages of the rental/lease agreement both names and signatures of parent/guardian and manager/owner on the agreement as well as manage/owner’s name and current phone number. The agreement must also include the child(ren) who reside at the property. Wiseburn may contact the management company/owner of the property to verify residency.
5. Residency Document:
   Also provide two additional residency documents from the following list:
   • Utility bills (Gas, Electric, or Water) or verification of connection (received or postmarked within the last 30 days)
   • Current Cable or Internet Bill (received or postmarked within the last 30 days)
6. For Co-Residency Status:
   Parent must provide two documents from the following list:
   • Current Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement,  Medical Bill, or Auto Insurance Bill
   • Voter Registration or Correspondence from a Government Agency

Please Note: If you and your child(ren) are living with another family that resides within the Wiseburn attendance boundaries, you are considered a Co-Resident. If you fall under this category, you and the family you are living with must provide the required documents listed in Sections 1, 4, 5 and 6.
District Residency Requirements  

Welcome to Wiseburn! Registration is a one-step process that begins on or after January 30, 2023. Registration must be done by the parent or guardian of the student and not by friends or other relatives.

No, once your child is enrolled and attending Wiseburn Unified School District, you do not need to re-enroll. In order to hold your child's place, families need to reply to the Verification of Continuing Enrollment notice. The Notice will be emailed to parents in January.

Enrollment is only done once when initially enrolling a new student. Registration is done annually in August to update phone numbers, addresses, and to review annual documents.

School placement is done based on your address and space availability. If you would like to attend a Wiseburn school other than the school of residence, then you will need to apply for an intradistrict release permit. All parents are required to inform the school when their address changes within 30 days. When you move, you can request permission to have your child remain at Wiseburn, but it is not guaranteed. You also need to apply for a release permit from the new district of residence.
