FUTURES Plus

FUTURES Plus is a specialized adult transition program for students aged 18-22 who have more significant needs. Our goal is to empower young adults with essential life skills, vocational training, and community-based learning to help them transition smoothly into adulthood. We strive to create an inclusive, safe environment where every student can learn, grow, and achieve their fullest potential.
