Registration open for pediatric and booster vaccination clinics at Wiseburn

Wiseburn families and friends,

This week, federal government agencies issued an emergency authorization for children ages 5-11 to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. For the convenience of our families, we have planned several pediatric vaccination clinics with Fulgent and the Wiseburn Education Foundation. Booster doses of the Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer vaccines will also be available for those ages 12+ at each clinic.

Registration is now open, so please click the button below to sign up for a slot for your children or your booster dose if interested. Walk-ins are welcome, but we advise registering in advance to ensure you are able to receive a dose.

Thank you to the hundreds of families who indicated their interest in the clinics through our previous message. With your help, we were able to inform Fulgent as they prepared for these clinics. Please note that if you signaled your interest, you will still need to register through the link above.

To deliver vaccinations as quickly as possible, we’re pleased to announce that Fulgent has also added another vaccination clinic option for this Friday. Recipients of the vaccine for this option will receive their first dose on Friday, November 5, then return for their second dose on November 30.

The updated dates for the clinics, including the added clinic, are as follows:

Vaccine clinic option 1
Dose 1 – Tuesday, November 9 from 12 - 6:30 p.m. at Dana
Dose 2 – Tuesday, November 30 from 12 - 6:30 p.m. at Dana

Vaccine clinic option 2
Dose 1 – Thursday, November 18 from 12 - 6:30 p.m. at Dana
Dose 2 – Thursday, December 9 from 12 - 6:30 p.m. at Dana

NEW: Vaccine clinic option 3
Dose 1 – Friday, November 5 from 3 - 7 p.m. at Dana
Dose 2 – Tuesday, November 30 from 12 - 6:30 p.m. at Dana

Thank you to Fulgent and Wiseburn Education Foundation for their assistance in planning these clinics, and thank you to each of our families who are signing up for these opportunities. Each of you are doing your part to help us end this pandemic and keep yourself and our community safe.

With gratitude,

Blake Silvers, Ed.D.
