LCAP Feedback opens January 3
Each year WUSD provides all educational partners, including employees and school/community stakeholders, with the opportunity to provide input on the development of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) through a survey. Please check your email January 3 for a link to the survey.

Upcoming Enrollment and Returning Student Deadlines
Secure your new student's enrollment and/or declare your student's intent to return for the 2023-24 school year as forms open later this month.
- For returning students: Verification of Continuing Enrollment notices are going out on January 13 from SchoolMint to all returning resident and permit families. These must be submitted to secure enrollment for 2023-24. Please be sure to check your email on January 13 to find the message from SchoolMint.
- For new resident enrollment and new permit applications: Enrollment opens Monday, Jan. 30, 2023. See the enrollment section of our website for details.
Meet your school board representatives
The Wiseburn Unified School District Board of Trustees is composed of five volunteer representatives. Get to know your school board members as they serve our community throughout their terms, including our newly-appointed President, Nelson Martinez, and Vice President/Clerk, Roger Bañuelos.
Reminder: Taking At-home Tests for a Safe Return from Winter Break
Wiseburn USD expects all families to use the provided at-home COVID-19 tests the evening of Monday, January 2, or the morning of Tuesday, January 3. Students who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 and/or test positive for COVID-19 must isolate at home and the student's parent/caretaker must notify the school of the suspected case of COVID-19 or positive test result by email. Tour Da Vinci Schools
Stop by 201 201 N. Douglas Street, El Segundo, CA 90245 on Thursday, Jan. 26 from 6:00-7:15 PM for an in-person info session followed by a brief tour. No RSVP needed.
Join the TK-8 Invention Convention
All TK-8th grade students are invited to submit an original invention which will be showcased at Dana Middle School on February 27.
