Free COVID-19 testing for Wiseburn at Dana Middle School
Free COVID-19 testing for the Wiseburn community will be open every Tuesday and Thursday from 12 - 6:30 p.m. throughout the school year at Dana Middle School (5504 W 135th St, Hawthorne, CA 90250). Drive up to the testing location in the parking lot and follow instructions of staff members on site.
Please note: Many have received an email from Fulgent to pre-register students (with the subject line “Modify your information with Fulgent Genetics”). However, if you did not receive this email, you can still drop by — walk-ins are welcome! Fulgent will help with registration on site.

With the citizens advisory committee assembled, Wiseburn is embarking on a community-oriented process to reexamine the names of our school sites to ensure the namesakes accurately represent our inclusive and welcoming district, in line with our district pillars. Learn more about the process and be a part of it by signing up for our email group.
In collaboration with the Wiseburn Education Foundation, Wiseburn will provide all 5th grade students with instruction in the area of strings – specifically violin.
WUSD students, staff members, and their families can use Care Solace to quickly find verified mental health, behavioral health, and substance use treatment options matched to their needs, regardless of circumstances. School-based counseling services are also available during the school year.
