How to Subscribe to Calendars
School and district events can show up in the calendar you already use on your phone or computer. Subscribe once, and when a date changes on our end, it updates on yours.
The Easiest Way to Subscribe: Choose Button Below
Pick the button that matches the calendar app you use. Apple and Outlook ask you to confirm; tap Subscribe or Import. Google Calendar takes one extra step, explained below.

Alternate Subscribe Route
Every calendar on wiseburn.org and our school websites has a Subscribe button. Here is what it looks like and what to do with it.
- On the calendar page, find the gray Subscribe button above the calendar (top right, next to Select Calendars).

- A window called Calendar Feeds opens. Each school has a green ICAL button. The first row, All Public calendars, gives you every calendar on that page at once.

- Hover over (or tap) the green ICAL button next to your school or calendar. A small menu appears with three choices.

- Choose based on the calendar you use:
iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Choose Add to Default Calendar App. Your Calendar app opens and asks if you want to subscribe. Tap Subscribe, then Done. That's it.
Google Calendar (Android or computer)
Choose Get Google iCal URL and copy the address that appears. Then open Google Calendar’s From URL page (in Google Calendar: Other calendars, +, From URL), paste the address, and click Add calendar. It syncs to the Google Calendar app on your phone.
Outlook
Choose Add to Default Calendar App if Outlook is your default calendar on a computer. Otherwise choose Get Standard iCal URL, copy the address, then in Outlook go to Add calendar, Subscribe from web, paste the address, and click Import.
Good to know
Updates are automatic but not instant. Apple and Outlook usually refresh within a few hours. Google Calendar can take up to a day to show a change. For anything happening today, the website calendar is the most current.
Subscribing is not the same as importing. If you download a calendar file and open it, you get a one-time copy that never updates. Use the buttons or steps above so your calendar stays in sync.
To remove a calendar later, open your calendar app's settings, find the Wiseburn calendar in your list, and delete or unsubscribe. Nothing on our end changes.
